By the blessings and vision of HH Bhakti Vinoda Swami Maharaj, we are pleased to introduce a special children’s course called Kovai Chandra Pravesh for children between 8 and 16 years of age.

This is a serious and systematic course, similar in spirit to the Bhakti-śāstrī course for adults, where children will be trained in Śāstras, Bhagavad-gītā, Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, Nectar of Instruction, Sanskrit, Vaiṣṇava culture, character development, leadership, and devotional practices. We are sincerely striving to develop and conduct this course according to Maharaj’s vision.

🌸 Highlights of the Course

✅ Systematic 2-hour classes every Sunday, supported by online sessions.

✅ Well-structured learning through course handbooks, assignments, presentations, examinations, attendance, and regular assessments.

✅ Personal guidance to help children understand the scriptures deeply and progress steadily in devotional life, including encouragement to advance through the Śikṣā Ladder.

✅ Association of HH Bhakti Vinoda Swami Maharaj, senior Vaiṣṇavas, and experienced facilitators.

✅ An opportunity for children to develop faith in Bhakti, chanting the Holy Name, devotional service, and Vaiṣṇava culture, thereby building a strong spiritual foundation from an early age.

Our sincere endeavor is to make this a systematic and meaningful spiritual education program that will benefit both our devotee children and children attending the FOLK program.

🌿 Children’s Spiritual Education Pathway

To provide continuous spiritual education from early childhood, we now have three structured programs:

🌸 Sunday School – 3 to 5 years

🌿 FOLK Program – 6 to 15 years

📖 Kovai Chandra Pravesh Course – 8 to 16 years

Together, these three programs provide children with a systematic spiritual learning journey from 3 to 16 years of age.

📚 Orientation Classes

Over the past two weeks, we have conducted orientation classes for the Kovai Chandra Pravesh Course, and around 15 children have participated with great enthusiasm.

📍 Venue & Class Timings

Venue: Prasadam Hall, ISKCON Coimbatore (subject to change in the future, if required).

Day: Every Sunday

Time: 4:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M.

We humbly request all mentors to kindly create awareness among the parents and encourage eligible children to attend the upcoming orientation classes and enroll in the course. Your encouragement and personal recommendation will play a vital role in helping many children receive systematic spiritual education.

Please note that the syllabus overview included in the prospectus is only a sample to provide an idea of the proposed course structure and is not the final syllabus. Since this is our first batch, we will continue to observe, learn, and refine the syllabus, course structure, and teaching methodology under the guidance of Maharaj and based on practical experience.
